About Hollow Oak Stores

Welcome to Hollow Oak Stores, a small independent business based in the beautiful countryside of East Devon. We create local honey, handmade soap, natural skincare and beeswax products inspired by our love of beekeeping and the landscape we call home.

Beekeeping at the Heart of What We Do

Bees have always been at the centre of Hollow Oak Stores. We care for our own honey bee colonies across several apiaries in East Devon, working with the seasons to produce pure, raw and unpasteurised local honey. Every harvest reflects the flowers, weather and landscape of that year, making each batch unique.

Our bees also inspire many of the products we create. Wherever possible we use beeswax from our own hives, alongside carefully selected natural ingredients, to produce products that are made to be used and enjoyed every day.

Handmade with Care

Everything is made in small batches with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity. Our range includes handmade soap, natural skincare, beeswax candles, lip balms, body balms and gifts, all created using traditional methods and carefully chosen ingredients.

We believe that good products don't need unnecessary additives or excessive packaging. Wherever practical we use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging and continually look for ways to reduce waste throughout our business.
