Chilli Infused Honey – 145g | Devon Honey with a Gentle Chilli Warmth

Our Chilli Infused Honey is made from pure, natural honey from our own bees in East Devon.
It’s infused slowly with birds eye chilli and a touch of apple cider vinegar for a perfectly balanced flavour — sweet first, then a gentle heat.

Unlike many “hot honeys”, this one isn’t fiery — just a soft warmth that enhances food rather than overpowering it.

Perfect for:

• Drizzling over pizza, cheese, or roasted veg

• Stirring into marinades or dressings

• Adding a subtle kick to tea or cocktails

Each batch is made in small quantities to preserve the natural quality and character of our local honey.
