This little batch of fudge is something special. We make it here in Branscombe, gently cooking it the traditional way and stirring in our Exmoor heather honey for a deep, floral sweetness you won’t find anywhere else. Each batch is small, and the whole lot is done by hand – from the pan to the cut pieces to the packing.
The result? A soft, crumbly, old-fashioned fudge with a warm honey finish. Perfect for gifting, sharing, or keeping entirely to yourself.
